Postion Overview
Lead and coordinate daily landscape construction activities in collaboration with field supervisors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Oversee crew performance, support employee training, manage labor and resources, and maintain Artistic's standards for quality workmanship, safety, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
Experience in the landscape construction industry.
Ability to read and interpret landscape plans.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage crews, labor, and project budgets effectively.
Familiarity with commonly used landscape plants.
Strong English communication skills for job site coordination.
Ability to work outdoors throughout the workday.
Ability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment, including frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.
