RESUME OF SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES

 

In addition to the routine maintenance service we offer, we also offer supplementary services that can either be incorporated into the basic maintenance agreement or performed on an as needed basis.

 

These services are categorized as "In House" and "Sub Contracted." In House services are performed by employees of Artistic Maintenance, Inc., whereas Sub Contracted services are performed by employees of other companies. Sub Contracted services can be used direct by our clients if they so desire. At times we will mark-up Sub Contracted services to off set administration and supervision costs, this is not always the case. We are pleased to furnish you with a list of services that we offer.

 

 

In House Services

 

Pest Control

We offer complete pest control services on turf, shrubs and trees for insect, disease and weed control. The work is performed by employees who have been licensed and only perform pest control duties. We also offer rodent control for gophers and ground squirrels.

 

Tree Trimming

Our tree trimming crews are some of the best in the industry. We excel in ornamental tree pruning, "If you want the trees done right we are the ones to do it." We offer a TREE ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM that dove tails into our regular maintenance program nicely. We inventory all the trees and provide your with a tree pruning schedule that is meant to enhance the trees beauty and health. Under this program we only prune the trees that need pruning rather than the shot gun approach of pruning all trees whether they need it or not.

 

Street Sweeping

Our street sweeping service partner is Orange Coast Sweep. We are a full service parking lot maintenance company equipped with new, state-of-the-art sweepers. We have flexible schedules and can adjust our service to fit your needs. We are extremely service oriented, and are there when you need us for emergency or special events. We make sure our jobs are done, and done well. Most importantly, we are sensitive to the very tough market climate today and price our jobs competitively, we value our customers immensely. We believe that our commitment to excellence in service and quality control set us apart for our competition.

 

Irrigation System Auditing

We perform a completed inventory of all components of the irrigation system. We then measure the delivery rates of the system. This information is used to provide you with recommendations to improve the efficiency of the system.
