The following is a list of the services
we offer as part of our basic maintenance
service. "Basic Recurring Tasks" are tasks that are
done weekly. "Continual Route Tasks"
are tasks that are done on a continual
route that cycles around every 4 - 6 weeks. "Scheduled
tasks" are tasks done on a regular schedule.
"Non-Scheduled Responsive Tasks"
are tasks that are done in response to some sort
of stimulus, insects, rodents, etc.
Basic Recurring Tasks
Mowing - done on a weekly basis
Complete Turf Detail - done with each
mowing
Irrigation Adjustment & Repair - system
completely reviewed every 2 weeks
Litter Control - all non-vegetative debris
picked up weekly.
Continual Route Tasks
Weeding - mechanical removal
Pruning - plants pruned as required seasonally
Ground Cover Detail - both mechanical
and chemical control
Scheduled Tasks
Fertilization - turf, shrubs, ground cover
and trees
Safety Pruning of Trees - 15' above pavement,
and 7' above turf and sidewalks
Chemical Detail - all buildings, fence
lines, trees and other obstacles requiring protection
Mulch Application - Spring and Fall
Pre-emergent Weed Applications - for both
turf and ground cover
Aerification of Turf - Spring
Drain Clearing - every two weeks during
winter months
