- Artistic's method of quality control is probably the biggest difference between Artistic Maintenance and the rest of the competition. At Artistic you will be assigned both a Superintendent and a Supervisor. This tandem style of project management has evolved through the years to valance the need to service your, our client, and meet the demands placed on us by nature. This supervision team is above and beyond the full time, on site foreman.
- The Superintendents' primary concern is to service you. He will walk the job daily to verify that the crews are on schedule and that the work that is being performed is of good quality. The Superintendent is also the person who reports to you on the condition of the job via our "Job Inspection Form." He will also make suggestions to improve the appearance of your project on a steady basis.
- The Supervisors' is to meet the demands placed on us by nature. He is the one that manages the punch-list items, service requests and scheduling the work so that the specifications are adhered to.
- Our aim is to manage the day to day operations so you can spend your time on more important issues rather than telling the "Gardeners" what to do.
- Artistic offers a wide variety of REPORTS that are designed to document all the occurrences; on your project. These reports can be used by Property Managers or Landscape Committee volunteers, to document the health and condition of the project. Your assigned Superintendent will advise you on which reports meet your management style or needs.
