common areas and model home sites throughout California. Artistic
Maintenance has the distinction of being one of the best supported

Artistic Maintenance, Inc., has operated in the landscape field for over thirty years. We service municipalities, homeowner associations, apartments, commercial and industrial landscape maintenance projects.
Our company now employs over 300 people who are dispatched from four locations in Southern California. A vast array of equipment has also been procured which can be called upon to meet the requirements of any size project. The size of Artistic's operation guarantees versatility and expertise of our staff members to assure a professional, high quality end-product for our customers.
At the forefront of our program is an orchestrated, high quality landscape maintenance service that undergoes constant internal company review and upgrade. A cadre of highly specialized peripheral services are also offered in Artistic's departmentalized operation such as irrigation, pest control, tree trimming, landscape and walkway lighting maintenance and even street sweeping if requested. Because we are departmentalized and managed as such, Artistic is able to provide a level of expertise in each respective job field that is very rare in our industry. Rather than being good in a few areas, our people are expert in their specialty and are afforded this ability by the size of our operation.
Key to the success of any business and present at Artistic is strong central management. Trained and experienced superintendents, supervisors and foremen are the backbone to our service program and provide a pro-active approach to landscape management. Our General Field Superintendent has over twenty years experience in the landscape industry.
Similarly, Artistic's Field Superintendents all have substantial education and experience which qualify them as experts as well. Our foremen are the best in the industry and are hand picked according to their field knowledge, personal attitude, references, English skills, motivation and character. We believe that the most qualified and highly trained Superintendent is only as good as the individual foremen and workers which are delegated to carry out assigned job tasks. Therefore, we place a great deal of important on personnel management and related issues which directly effect our overall job performance.
Artistic's fees have been designed and found to be very competitive. This is largely attributed to decisive management and low overhead. As a subsidiary of Landscape Specialists, Inc., Artistic has access to the best equipment, plant materials and management consulting and the lowest possible costs.
