CUSTOMER SERVICE

Artistic uses for its customer service, a software program designed internally, for proper documentation and follow-through. When you call in a service request they will be called out to your assigned Supervisor for immediate action, a "Service Request" form is produced for field documentation of action taken. They are faxed daily directly to your project Superintendent and the request is completed within 24 hours by your on-site staff. Your on-site staff records on the form what action was taken. that information is entered into the computer and at the end of the month a report is printed and sent to your showing all service request and action taken. All service requests are numbered.

If you have a question regarding a specific service request, simply call us, give us the number, and we will send you the results of our efforts.
